president of Polar, Lorenzo Mendoza , spread the corn dough on the giant griddle.Official adjudicator from Guinness World Records, Ralph Hannah, certify the record for the world's largest Arepa, a kind of typical corn cake in Venezuela,madre in Venezuela by the food division of Polar companies, to celebrate the 50 anniversary of its product, the pre-cooked con flour PAN. To do this giant arepa, amassed 230 kg of flour and the dough is cooked in an electric giant griddle to 6 meters in diameter.
